OK Compost / TUV Australia
OK Compost INDUSTRIAL is a certification program that guarantees products are biodegradable in industrial composting facilities. Packaging or products with the OK Compost INDUSTRIAL label are certified to biodegrade in such facilities, including all components, inks, and additives. The certification is based on the harmonized EN 13432:2000 standard, ensuring compliance with the EU Packaging Directive (94/62/EEC).
Midori-Advanced Biorecycle Plastics
Unfortunately, less than 10% of plastic waste is successfully recycled. While the goal is to improve recycling practices, Midori-Bio can be used alongside recycling or composting efforts.
